Hello All,

System is not generating any memory dump but accessing the system is taking very long time.

Currrently we are in Solution manager 7.1 SPS11.

Os - AIX 7.1 and Oracle 11.2.0.4.6

Please find the below screenshot and let us know if we need to increase the Dialog/Backround work process in the system.

RZ04

SM50

SM51 ( Queue Information)

ST03N

For all work process

Only Dialog work process

For BG work process

Also we are getting the below text in dev_disp

Hi SS,

Currently, your SM50 seems to be fine. So i dont think increasing no. of dialog work process will help.

Have a look at the following SAP Note

the only thing which i see as high is Roll wait time. Check the network performance between the frontend GUI and application server.
