Custom EMIGALL objects for "settlement units"

Hello folks:

I am looking for standard EMIGALL objects for

* Create Settlement Units

*  Assign settlement Units to POD (Point of Delivery)

Has anyone done this before and how? Where can I find general guidelines for developing Custom EMIGALL objects?

Hi David,

I dont think there is any standard migration object available for creating settlement Units and assigning them to POD.

The Migration objects, POD and PODCHANGE doesn't have the provison of updating the table, EEDMUISETTLUNIT, wherein the allocation of a POD to the Settlement Unit is being updated.

I would recommend you to create the Settlement units through a custom migration object; the details for which you can find the User Handbook in EMIGALL.You can create a BDC for the T.code EEDMSETTLUNIT01.I couldn't find any standard BAPI for creating the Settlement Units.

For the assignment of POD to the Settlement Unit, I would propose to have a custom program, which will update the table EEDMUISETTLUNIT.
