Bad Request - While connecting on IBP 5.0 Excel Add-in

Hi,

I made an advance copy of SAP 3 planning area into my planning area. I activated the planning area. After that I uploaded successfully the time profile data, master data and key figures data into the planning area.

Now I tried to log on in the excel add-in but I am getting this error.

Server message:

code: 005
severity: ERROR
description: Cannot read time bucket data for planning area.

Framework message:
The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Kindly suggest what can be the issue.

What are the levels you have defined in your Time profile and what is your storage Time profile defined?

Hi Chethana,

Thanks for your reply. I have defined the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly level in the time profile. And the default storage time profile as defined in the SAP 3 planning area is "daily".

Hi Chethana,

Yes, the time profile data was defined and uploaded at daily level. Actually the problem got resolved now after we uploaded the time profile data for the 4 years ( SAP 3 time profile is defined for 4 years) earlier we have taken the time profile data till daily level of a single year to do some initial testing.
