PO generated from Work Order

Hello,

i have a scenario where PR is getting generated from Work Order. Is it that the price in the PR should be copied from operation tab in Work order ? The price in Work order is 5 and while creating PO we are changing it to1. The issue is that when we are creating POs and price is entered the condition record becomes inactive.

Please advise.

Hi,

When the price in Work order is 5 -While creating PO - why you  are changing price to1 ?

You are creating PR from Work order (price 5). To copy PR price of 5 to PO- do settings in  OMET and OMFI.

Also to be flexible with PO price, do setting to PBXX condition type (M/06) in  "Change which can be made" segment by selecting Cheek boxes of Amount/percentage and Value.

Hello,

You've not mentioned the PR created did have a material master or not.

Was it generated via the confirmation control key ; as in is that a subcontracting request?

The valuation price in the purchase requisition pulled from the material master record not from the work order. In standard, the price in the purchase requisition doesn't copy to the purchase order unless you've to define functional authorization for buyer and assign it to a user. The condition type PBXX is used for manual pricing, no access sequence assigned to this. Please try to maintain the purchase info record for the material/vendor combination.
