When I create incidents do not fill Service Employee Group and shows error
When I create incidents do not fill Service Employee Group and shows the following error:
I went to CRMD_ORDER transaction and it shows error too.
I clicked on Item 1 "INVESTIGATION" and go to Partner, in there I can fill the missing data, but its supposed to be filled automatically.
We register around of 200 daily messages, and fill all those messages manually is very stressful and take a lot of time.
Anybody can help me in this issue?
