Incorporate SM's CTS+ capabilities into 3rd party tools

Hello Experts,

Can you advice on the below query.

Is it possible for a 3rd party tool that provides continuous delivery for non-SAP systems to incorporate CTS+ of Solution manager so that the 3rd party tool can also provide continuous delivery for SAP systems.

Are there any interfaces available that can connect Solution manager with 3rd party tools like the one I just described.

Any idea/suggestion would be appreciated.
