PB Classic uses a 3rd party control for RTF support ( TX Text Control component from here http://www.textcontrol.com. ). The version that PB uses is a "stripped down" feature set of the Text Control which does not support the R=>L feature like the other standard PB controls. The same for the RTF DataWindow which uses the same 3rd party control.
If you purchased the actual OCX control from Text Control systems, you will see that it does support multiple languages and the R=>L feature.
