Sales Quotation PDF error

Hi Experts,

                 In Sap Business one After adding sales quotation preview is working fine. If i click pdf its not working it showing an error message. find the attachment for reference.

Try to enter the PLD  and save it to see if all the field are correct.

Hi,

     In all the systems its working fine. only particular system am facing that issue. If I am editing that PLD am facing crystal report installation error
