          How the status of the Approval status report turns status generated. For this status what to do.

Hi ,

Please Approved all the documents then system converted from a draft to a regular document by the originator.

Its means after Approved from the approval you have to received the notification message , just open that documents then add ... then check the Approval status reports with click generted option.
