Error while trying to send WEBI Document per Email

Hello Everyone,

I am getting the below error while trying to send a WebI Document per Email:

"Cannot cast class com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoObject to interface com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.IDestinationPlugin"

Kindly help to solve this issue if anybody had this already.

Hi,

Before sending the mail have you updated the Destination->Email details in the Adaptive Job Server?

Right click on adaptive job server->Destination.

Thanks for your kind reply.

Just now I have saw even after setting the Destination it is the same error. I also observed that this error is not only for EMail but also for BI Inbox, FTP Destination and others. So I can not be able to say this is only coming for Email.
