Hello Team,

SAP BO – Scheduled Report is not getting received by last few recipient.

Scheduled Report is not getting received by last few recipient in the address list.



Please check and help us to resolve the issue

Can you please check with user's (who ever is not receiving), to make sure that they are not receiving in any other outlook (email) folder?

If you already done the above..

Please Schedule the report from scratch with all user at once, and do Test run ( Run Now ) and see if they received it or not? I am sure they will receive it.

Than all you need to do is, just Create a new schedule. Or

To Reduce the Headache from your end ( to add or remove user ), you ask your Network team to create a Distribution list( email id, which has all the user for the particular report) just for that report. 

So, if some user needs to add or remove, all you need to do is, forward that request to Network team. and at the schedule time, you only need to remember ONE email id (distribution list email id).
