Not able to attach UDQ/FMS to UDT

Hi Experts

i had created a UDT with object type document type ,

Header & Row

and registered as Header Style in Object reg wizard

when am  trying to attach FMS /UDQ to the Respective Field in Header level, The User define Field is icon is not appearing

i created the same table 2 - 3 times removing and adding again and 2 - 3 times  re-register

also check in  view >> picker display >> UDV

also view >>Indicator display >>UDV

also try with re-login  to the same company again,, still its not

Pls any one could Advice

MY sap version is :SAP Business One 8.82 (8.82.076) PL: 12

Hi experts

i had got a SAP not in which it shows how to attache each Table to a UDF in UDT

and i did as pre that ,, and when i run the Form, for examp,, i assign 171, it the object type of Employee master data

and its appearing as Selection option in the form, but when i select any one employee the concern employee name or any other thing is appearing in the Field

How to move forward
