Inbound scenario Issue

Hi,

We have one issue in Inbound scenario (File-->PI-->SAP (SOAP)). We could see success msg in RWB message monitoring , but it has not reached SAP System. There is no log in SXMB_MONI in PI system also.

Please help me  to resolve this issue..

Issue got resolved. There was some connectivity issue between ECC and PI system in SLD.

Hi All,

ECC refresh had done last week. we are facing error after that only. last month also this message was flowing succ.

Both outbound and inbound are not working  now..

Hi All,

Both communication channels are up and running fine.. I could see particular message   in both channel also. Message processed successful in RWB . But ECC has not received message.

ECC Side :

--> Some entries are there in SMQ1. But not sue this message is using which queue.      27 queues and 1000 messages are there.

--> SMQ2:  No entries

-->SM58 : No entries

Please help me how to find out the queue name for the particular message.

Pls Guide me what  needs to be checked else.

Jeevitha you can find them in SXMB_MONI of ECC.

Have you checked the communication channel monitoring?, you can check if the two channels are up and without exceptions.

Hi,

There is no msg block in SMQ1 and SMQ2 in PI. No log in PI SXMB_MONI, it is ICO scenario. But it shows successful in RWB Message monitoring..

No log in ECC SXMB_MONI also

In  Receiver CC below configurations are available:

Adapter Type :SOAP

Transport protocol :HTTP

Message protocol :XI 3.0

Target URL : SAP URL

Authentication details

Please let me know what needs to be checked.

Check the channel monitoring and sxmb_moni of ECC

As per my understanding message has reached PI system.

Please check in inbound queue tcode - smq2 and check if any queue has got stuck.

if everything is clear then check in tcode sxmb_moni for messages of the processed date.

check in the Receiver proxy channel and also check in SXMB_MONI of ECC.

Hi Jeevitha,

If you scenario is integrated configuration then you dont find the message in sxmb_moni of PI system, then message only run on adapter engine. you need to check sxi_monitor in ERP system.
