Hello gurus,
i'm facing this problem.
I'm working in a MTO scenario with Assembly to order strategy. The ATP check on sales order is active.
When the sales order is saved the fixed planned order gets created too.
When i change the Sales order quantity, date, etc the planned order receive the changes (ATP runs on every change).
If i move stock from another sales order to my sale order, and i run ATP check, the new stock is not considered at all, and the planned order qty remain the same.
The stock is considered only if i change the quantity or the date, and the planned order qty decrease based on stock E available.
I would like to know is this behavior is standard, customizable or not.
Obviously i would like the ATP check considers the stock and decrease the firmed planned order qty in accordance, without changes to the sales order position.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.
Bye.

Hello,
What is the setting for assembly type for your requirement class in OVZG?
Also read F1 help of Assmblt type field in OVZG.

Setting was '4' - Planned order (dynamic processing).
I tried with '1', but the only difference is the splitting of planned order based on component availability check.
The stock 'E' is not considered.
The help says:
'The procurement element numbers are not saved in the sales order. The
link between the procurement element and the sales order is created
using the number of the individual stage (sales order number/item). For
this reason, it is possible to carry out another availability check
taking into account incoming stock and additional, manually entered
procurement elements.'
But this doesn't happens. that's my problem at the moment. Also if i create manually new object, for example production order, the fixed planned order doesn't change.
Maybe this is due to fixing? In fact, carring out che ATP on the sales order, a message is displayed that advise the incoming qty in greater than the requirement, but no changes are made automatically to the fixed planned orders. You must act manually.
thanks.
Bye.

Hi,
Pls ensure that your sales order has stock in MD04.
What movement type used for stock transfer from sales to sales order.

Hi,
Pls check with following to steps instead of using 413 E.
1. 411 E for Sales Order - 2 to Unrestricted Stock
2. 412 E for Unrestricted stock to Sales Order - 1.
As I know the nature of 413 E is it'll not close the procurement element of sales order.
Pls If it works mark as CORRECT else get-back.
Thanks With Regards,
Dinesh V.
