Displaying message when the SC price is zero

Hi Friends,

   My SRM 7.3 shopping cart gives the error 'Cannot get process info from WF archive; function AS_API_READ causes exceptn No Infostruc Found' when the price is zero and when we click on the tab 'Approval process overview'. We did a lot of research to find a Workflow solution, but in vain. Now we are planning to display a message to ask the user to enter the price before clicking on 'Approval process overview' tab. Couldn't find in which class method/badi we can put the message. Any help will be highly appreciated.

for lower releases than 7.03, you have below OSS note:

1715214 - Error when displaying

Maybe you will have to ask SAP to upgrade this note for 7.03 SRM release.

Did you check the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI for the business object BUS2121 to populate an error by checking the price of SC item using the FM BBP_SC_GET_DETAILS.

Thanks for the reply Raghu. We actually need a message to pop up after clicking on 'Approval tab...' The Badi you mentioned seems to be helpful one step ahead in SC creation.
