Hi,

The above issue is solved yesterday itself.

Reason is DB2 log files are full in archieve file.

After deleting the old date in the drive. We got 5GB free and after refreshing that 5GB is reduced to 1GB and accumulated by yesterdays date DB2 log files.

And then we are able to login in Solution Manager.

Then could anyone exactly tell the location of Host file, and what to do for this space reducing problem. Because of this only we are getting that logging issue.

For space issue.. You may create CCMS alerts to notify by mail or you can ask OS team to configure "crontab" to notified by mail.

Basically what change you made in the system to end up in this issue?

However, do you see any error logs in dev_w* and dev_icm the reason why I'm asking is I could see the dispatcher is finding difficulties in connecting to ICM on port 65000.

If you are not able to find dispatcher then check if you can find some entries in the start profile as below,

Execute_02 = local ln -s -f $(DIR_EXECUTABLE)/disp+work $(_DW)

then you can look into log stderr2 and dev_disp if face any issues in dispatcher.

Still i'll stick with the network issue at your end.For more please follow SAP KBA   2074380 - Error 10054 together with the Advantage Database Server error 7020 "user logged out" resolution 1.Also please share dev_w0 log file & host file entries from the system as requested earlier.

Hi ,

1) check the apps server running or not..

2) ping the apps server and database server.

3) check the dpmon pf=<profile name> at OS level.

4) check the etc/services file at OS level.

5) Check the network gateway, logon groups.etc..

6) chcek the instance number and server name are correctly maintain in logon groups.

Error no : 10061
Error Text: Wsaeconnrefused.

Mainly error code 10061 is related with any type of network issue,try to perform initial checks at your end to overcome dis-connectivity of network.

In resume do verify the status of server too means it's in start mode or not ?
