Using Single Page ITSM Create Incident Screen in SOLMANREQ Role
We are using Solman 7.1 SP13 and want to use ITSM as Help Desk.
As you know in SOLMANREQ role, Create Incident screen has 5 tabs like below.
And in other roles like SOLMANDSPT and SOLMANPRO, create incident screen is one page screen.
How Can I use this single page in SOLMANREQ role?
You need to modify your SOLMANREQ role, I will suggest copy in Z role.
go to SPRO->CRM->UI framework->Business roles and Technical role defination
Make the visible that you want or insert the links from SOLMANPRO
