Authorization issue

I am trying to logged into my account from last week, but I am getting some authorization error.

This username is getting displayed by default and going further the error notification is pop-ups.

Please help to resolved the issue

Please drop a mail to sapnetwork@sap.com. Team will look into this matter.

Use your e-Mail ID instead of ID....Use forget password and Continue.....

Try to use forget password and if you are register the same mail address then reset link will be in your inbox.
