IBP is no longer working with HCI after a copy of IBP Production to IBP Test

Hi SAP Experts,

In HCI, I have added the only datastore with type "SAP HANA application cloud", which is the IBP tenant of our customer. HCI was working properly in our Test system before we moved a copy of our Production system into our Test system.

When I test the connection with default configuration, I get the following error message :

Test failed for the default configuration 'default' of datastore : 'Customer_Name': SAP DBTech JDBC: [416]: user is locked; try again later: lock time is 1440 minutes; user is locked until 2015-11-03 20:39:48.4090000 (given in UTC) [1440,2015-11-03 20:39:48.4090000]

When trying to import a new Datastore we receive this error message:

Cannot open connection - openConnection remote error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [416]: user is locked; try again later: lock time is 1440 minutes; user is locked until 2015-11-03 20:39:48.4090000 (given in UTC) [1440,2015-11-03 20:39:48.4090000

Please advise.

Logged an incident for the SAP support team to unlock the background user should be necessary here.
