Hi expert,

this is question about time management, we are running IT2010 save time data, but I remember there time data can be save into some table of PCL1, so where time data should be saved ? does that depend on configuration?

Many Thanks,

May what exactly you are looking for did not understand, But 2010 can be used to pay/recover the amount. IT2010 details can be queried with the help of function P2010  once it gets queried wage types will get updated in output table i.e finally they reach payroll results table which is part of cluster.

IT2010 information will get stored in PA2010, Cluster.

Hi Bo

Saving time data in IT 2010 means you would do one of the following

a)manually decide which wage types are to be used for payment, enter the w/t in IT 2010 with the no.of hrs.

b)enter the times in CATS or PTMW - which is configured to pass the attendance hrs (normal, OT, etc)

with a w/t in IT 2010.

IT 2010 is processed in payroll sub schema XT00 and value is calculated for the w/t using val.basis configured in V_512W_B.

It is possible to configure PTMW or CATS to pass the attendance types/hrs to IT 2002.  These are processed in time eval and time w/t's can be generated through PCRs (using ADDZL operation); or with GWT function using config in V_T510S.

Time w/t's are so known because they are generated in the time eval run and stored in the B2 cluster, which may be scheduled to run daily.

The the time eval schema/PCR's can be configured to change the processing type of any time pair based on business requirements, so that the required time w/t can be generated.

For example, the OT hrs may be decided based on no.of hrs exceeding on a normal week day or no.of hrs worked in a week exceeding the normal full time weekly hrs.

The time w/t's are imported to payroll by the function IMPRT B2 and processed by function ZLIT to transfer the w/t's to payroll table IT in the payroll sub-schema XT00 and then value is calculated in the pcr X015.   Prior to this the hourly rate to be used for valuation would be calculated using the PCR's X010, X013, etc and any other custom pcrs as per requirements.

Hope this helps
