FI Doc number range reaching critical limit

Hi,

We set up a number range several years ago with fiscal year 9999 but now we are running out of numbers.  We're getting an information message saying that we're reaching the critical limit.

The system will allow me to set up 2015 with the same number range although it tells me that this range is already covered.

My question is, if we run out of numbers in the 9999 range, will SAP start using the 2015 number range?

Hi,

I answered this one myself.

Right after I set up the 2015 number range, SAP immediately started to use that one rather than the 9999 one.

So we're good.
