CATS and approval with substitution

Hi,

    I'm trying to understand how the process is when an approval is required in CATS from the portal, and there is a substitution in place. Let's say the substitute manager gets the workitem, the CATS approval WD or UI5 only presents the "direct reports" and "all employees" options, but not the option to retrieve the actual delegated employees.

Does anyone faces this issue, or how do you handle it in your company?

Hi,

We worked on a SAP FIORI UI5 Time & Expenses App with Travel & CATS Integration.

SAP had given Manage Delegation functionality, its like Manage Delegatee, Manage Delegator.
