Customer in campaign

Hi All,

Does any one knows if there is a report or something that shows which customers are participating in a campaign?

The employee needs to get a list of all their customers that are involved in a specific campaign in order to create them an activity.

Hi Ric,

There are couple of std reports available which I think can help.

Analysis work center -> Reports tab -> All

Search with campaign* , check our the report named Response Rate which description is 'Compares total number of responses generated vs. campaign target group size.

Check them out and create your variation to it by adding account field to it. You can also create a navigation to account detail report from here so that when clicked, the details you select in navigation can be viewed.

Dear Ric,

i dont know if there is a report but you can

1. look to the campaign and the related target group and then export the target group in excel.
2. look to the campaign respondents and by clicking on the wheel inside the Respondents facet export this list in excel.
