Edit button not active in EPM add in Excel
I was trying to set up new connection, I use Excel 2010 and installed EPM Add in SP23. However it seems all the features are working fine except edit option where I cannot open or save reports from BPC server . Initially Excel 2013 was installed, then I removed since I heard there are some problem with 2013, so I removed 2013 and re -installed 2010. However issue persisted in excel 2010. I have checked all the authorization where I have admin rights.
Also I though may a problem with a particular client , but I still face the issue with other clients too. Do anyone face the issue or what is the fix.

I have solved the problem it is bit strange when your are regularly using the BPC.
When you install EPM add in (mine is SP23), some of the features are disabled like open, save go to
EPM/OPTION/COMMAND DISPLAY OPTION , click on the box to get the features you need on EPM add in.
