SMS - Quick View (Activities)
On 1511, pleased to view the SMS data source and work center.
Query : The SMS inspector,OWL, is visible under Activities --> Messaging. ALL inbound and outbound SMS interactions are available only globally under activities.
But the concerned inbound/outbound SMS from/to specific customer is not available under Customer -> activities ?
Please advice if this can be enabled or planned in any of the future releases ?
The table with all SMS for each customer is available in 1511: it's just hidden by default, as all new features.
You can expose it by switching to personalization/adaptation mode, hovering on the Activities tab, and selecting "Add Pane". See attached screenshot.
