Dear Experts,
On 1511, pleased to view the SMS data source and work center.
Query : The SMS inspector,OWL, is visible under Activities --> Messaging. ALL inbound and outbound SMS interactions are available only globally under activities.
But the concerned inbound/outbound SMS from/to specific customer is not available under Customer -> activities ?
Please advice if this can be enabled or planned in any of the future releases ?

you are right!
I tryried to look for and enable this UI inside customers by personalization and adaptation, but i have not found anything.
Hope SAP will soon fix this issue.
