iPad Screen is blank after Sync with SMP Server - Work Manager 6.2

Dear All,

After publishing the work manager application on SMP server from editor , we tried syncing in iPad and after Sync - iPad is showing just blank screen.

Any idea .. what could be the reason and how to fix this ..

Here are the details of the systems versions ..

Agentry Client - 10.70

SMP 3 SP 08 PL01

To give more details ..

Sync is happening after giving user name, password followed by server URL, and then it is taking me to menu screen .. after clicking on menu screen , it should take me to Notifications Screen it is going to that screen but that screen is blank (just white page) ..

FYI.. It is not occurring all the times .. Sometimes we are able to see the notifications in iPad .. Some times it is blank

It sounds like your initial sync might not have completed successfully.  Have you tried resetting the Agentry client and performing the initial sync again?

Looks like you are working in offline mode and while initial sync was happening due to some reason it didn't completed successfully.

Can you please reset your client and do initial sync again?

Also make sure you have some notification/ workorder assigned to your user.
