Hi Experts,
I have a requirement like to find the ORg. unit of a user(either using any table or fm) after it was deleted from PPOMA_CRM in SAP CRM system.
Please suggest any function module or table name from which I can get the org. unit of a user even after it was deleted from PPOMA_CRM.
I know that user deatils are stored in cl_crmd_om and its org. structure relationships are stored in cl_crmd_relat.But the entry in cl_crmd_relat was deleted after the user removed from org. structure.
Pls. hlp.
Thanks in advance.
Pradeep
Hi Pradeep
I stand to be corrected, but I believe once it's deleted...it's gone for good.

Hi Adren,
Thanks for your reply.
Once the org. unit of a user was deleted from PPOMA_CRM,still we may need the org. Unit of the user. For example to find out the sales area of a organisation based on the user who performed sales activities(or triggred some actions).
Anyway I found the tables to retrieve the org. unit of user even after it was deleted from the org. structure.
Issue resolved

Hi Adren,
We can use following approach to find out the Org. unit of user even after it was deleted from PPOMA_CRM.
I/P: User Name
CRMD_CL_OM-UNAME=User Name
HRP1001-OBJID=CRMD_CL_OM-OBJID Where HRP1001-SCLAS=’S’.
(If multiple entries exist, then chose the entry with latest end date)
CRMD_CL_RELAT-OBJID=HRP1001-SOBID.
O/P: Org. unit (CRMD_CL_RELAT- OBJID_PARENT)

Pradeep
