Since this is a Payroll error, you should mention for what Country.

Also look at the values of certain Processing Classes of WT /141 in table view V_512W_D.

Its likely to be south african solution ... and the answer maybe to check processing class 67 and 68 of the primary wagetype flowing into /141 before being cumulated into SCRT table.
