Amended PO

Is there any work around in SAP B1 to create amended PO.

Which field you need to amend, Does the PO under the approval stages.

Hi Kennedy,

It's not under approval, need to change rate or qty.

But there will be a option to track the old PO and amended PO(after changes.

Ex:

First i created a 100qty*2500 price for PO No:10115.

Later updated the with120qty*2400price PO No:10115.

Just my customer want to track what was the qty and price before update.

it's generally we used to do like that, but need to track the history.

Hi..

For this you can check through tools--> change log and select Diffrences. It will show you you last qty and price and updated qty and price.

Other than Tools->Change Log way to find the difference.

You always can use ADOC/ADO1 history table to find the old document programmable.

You can use two methods.

1.If goods not received based on that PO, then you can update the PO manually

2.If goods received for one item, then create a new PO and add GRPO based on new PO and Old PO by using copy from option.
