Client copy in Processing with Error and warnings

Hi Guys

We have run sap local client copy and still in processing for long time and we got errors and warning  DDIC Error  see se14 and also we are getting lots of dumps DDIC_TYPE_REF_ACCESS_ERROR

Kindly help in sorting this issue
