Could not start communication channel due to an internal error

Hi,

I used SAP SFTP adapter in my receiver Communication Channel. but when I trying to manually start the receiver CC, I got message as

But when I go SXI_MONI check the messages and it says the message is processed successfully. I can't verify if the third party received the file yet, have to wait till Monday.

I am just wondering what is the problem?

Hello Blue,

I echo Inaki's words.

The cache has not be properly updated due to interruption in DB connecitvity.

We have faced these issues as well. Though your channel has already started, the information can not be fetched correctly in the UI so you are receving the Internal Error.

Hi Blue,

Check all the mandatory fields are filled and the SFTP channel is relationed with a ICO object or a receiver agreement. Try to do a CPA cache refresh.
