No stocks from HU storage locations can be managed on SU

Dear Experts

the case is

there is two lines in WM stock

1000 PC In storage type 001

-1000 pc in storage type 902

we need to clear the two lines, when i use lt01 to create the TO?

The issue is

  I found the HU has been deleted and Su is exist

there is same issue in the forum before. but there is no solution..

This case occurs when system is designed to perform the receipt first in WM (TO confirmation) then IM (PGR for the delivery) and specific to negative and positive quant in 902 and physical bin scenario occurs when TO is confirmed but PGR for the inbound delivery is still pending.  did you had a look whether PGR is done or still pending.

With regard to earlier post on SCN OP clearly mentioned that "Solved by SAP" so in your case if you are sure that there is really an inconsistency exist then raise an OSS to take help from SAP

yes the DN has been PGR

I can not write the OSS note to SAP. so the one who kown the solution , is very appreciated.

There is a SAP Note 583723 - Composite SAP note: HU data inconsistent with WM/IM data

where it is said: To correct existing inconsistencies, write a SAPNet R/3 Frontend message. The corrections are carried out by the Support.

if the solution is to contact SAP, how would you proceed then?
