No. C4C is only a public cloud solution, owned and operated by SAP... there is no "3rd party hosting" or "manage your own" (AKA hosted on premise) option.
There is however, "Private Edition". For an extra fee, a customer has the option to choose their weekly downtime window instead of the standard weekly downtime window that all customers within a particular regional data center have.
