PB 12.5.2 Build-5609 application fatal crash randomly

Hi,

We are getting fatal crash randomly (not in a particular flow) with our application developed on PB 12.5.2

Scenarios,

1. User will keep application opened for a quite long time, system goes to sleep and when they come back PB12.5.2 application crashes!!!
2. User noticed crash with application on closing lid of tablet PC and opening again after some time.

We are getting this crashes on windows 7/8/8.1 - 32/64 bit

Here are some application error log details,

PB Version : PB 12.5.2 Build-5609

Faulty dll: PBVM125 or PBSHR125

Exception code: 0xc0000005

In Event logger

Event ID: 1000

Task category: 100

These are common in all the fatal crash message, other parameters are changing.

Hi Murugesh;

   FWIW: I would suggest that you open a ticket on this problem with SAP Support. Then, attach your MS-Windows abort information to the ticket. Since the members here on SCN do not have access to the PBVM source code - its impossible for us to know why the crash happens at that location in the PBSHR DLL.
