Printed Status - Sales Order

Hi ,

After printing sales order, printed status doesnt refresh and it remains as "OPEN".   I have to move previous record and then next to refresh status.

All other documents  (Purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes....) works fine !     I print --> status updated to printed automatically.

That printed status (at sales order) is very important because i make mutiple orders simultaneously (phone calls too), and i dont know if I have already printed or not  (only with previous - next trick)

SAP 8.82 

Any idea?

believe it is patch level problem. did u try to upgrade to latest patch level?

v 8.82,  PL 7.     Our partner will update to 17 nex Year (Jan '16).  I'm a programmer but i cant update myself.

SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocDate] FROM ORDR T0 WHERE T0.[Printed] = 'Y'

Hi Nagarajan K,

Most sales order are printed, yes ( 15.000 printed, 200 no printed yet  (recent)).
