Manual Upload of Vendor MSDS Sheet into SAP

Hope all is well with you all !.

Please provide the detail step by step procedure to manually upload MSDS sheet into SAP. We receive MSDS sheet from our vendors in .PDF format. I have tried using transaction CG36VEN, but I receive a message "Could not create report for Specification XXX, Variant XXX and Language XX."

We also have EH&S module with us which is used, any help on this will be gratefully appreciated.

did you execute su53? What kind of customizing set up you are using in EHS etc.?

Without some input what you have done (in customizing) and what you have entered using CG36VEN

no help is possible
