SAPWM for Maximo - Attachment Download Issue

Hello Experts,

We are facing issue while downloading a file from remote location. The requirement is to download a file from physical location in a remote server and open it in the default application on the mobile device. Requirement is to fetch the documents on demand i.e., download only selected document.

We are seeing the below error message in the logs.

"Can't find output property :>"Document" Property"

We couldn't find much information from SCN apart from the below link.

We are still facing the issue after following the advise given in the above URL.

Device platform is Windows PPC device.

We have followed the below URL for the development but this doesn't talk about download a physical file from remote location.

If there are suggestions then please do help us. Also if someone has achieved this functionality earlier then please provide us the steps followed so that we can retry.

Hi. We are auditing our SCN thread and we noticed that nobody responded here.

We want to find out if this is still an issue?

Please define what you mean by:

What do you mean from a remote server (Is it a Maximo backend or link)? And when you click on the link you download the document to open in a window?  Or is it a web site link?
