screen missing in tcode ip43

Hi Gurus,

I have missing some fields in multiple counter plan tcode IP43

for below screen shot for your reference.

In the above screen I am missing two fields like Scheduling period and start date and time.

Please suggest where is the configuration missing.

You need to activate additional functions in maintenance plan in SPRO
