Hi Masashi,

Could you provide screenshots of the configurations you made in HCP to enable HCPms to help you further.

FYI, you could find a how to guide under this course(free course from SAP) which explains in details with screenshots on how to enable HCPms. You need to look at week 0 (system preparation).

Hope you have created below destinations.

If you still have the same issue, i would suggest you to create a new account and then try.

Hi Masashi,

  • Go to HCP Cockpit
  • On the left pane click on Trust
  • In the Local Service Provider tab make sure it is set to Default.
  • In the Trusted Identity Provider tab the provider should be accounts.sap.com

Could you check the above.

Hi Midhun, thanks for your support.

Your suggestion is right.  I changed my trusted provider  to others for the testing.

Now Mobile Services works without any error.

It was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Masashi.
