Hi Friends,
I am facing a very different situation. For UAR we had set 14 days as escalation time in MSMP and executed the requests. Now since there were officially few holidays in between now we are asked to change the escalation time from 14 to 25 days.
How can i change the frequency now for requests that are sitting at approver stage. We have only 24 hours left for escalation
I had manually created one escalation agent.
GRC 10.1 and SP07

HI,
i think, you meant that your requests(of 14 days escalated) are lying at escalated agent. So, you have to route these requests manually to previous stage.
your new requests, created after you made the changes will have 25 days
