I don't know about availability of a book on web ide specifically.

There is a book on getting started SAPUI5: https://www.sap-press.com/getting-started-with-sapui5_3565/

On web ide, my colleagues are maintaining the how to guide here:

It is regularly updated. I think it would be more than enough to start with SAP web ide.

In addition to above references, i would highly recommend you to go with current ongoing openSAP course as well.

Developing Mobile Apps with SAP HANA Cloud Platform - Jeff Gebo  and Dhimant Patel 

There is already other openSAP course Build Your Own SAP Fiori App in the Cloud - you can check this well (you might new features of web ide in this course since it was available 6 months back).
