Extraction Run for Financial Data

Dear All,

is it possible to extract the data in XML format instead of SAP Audit format? This is a requirement of tax authority of one of my customers. He needs it very urgently...

Hi Katrin

Go to Business Configuration Activity: Digital Extract, then it will appear all the available reporting packages for Financial data extraction. For this, you need to have the Consolidation Preparation marked in the scope.

Clickin in the ID report, you will Access to the report in the ByDesign Web Browser view with all the required data.

Then, as every report in the Web Browser, yo could download it in XML Excel format.

Try this, and check if this way can satisfy your requirement.

thank you for your reply, but this is not the solution.

What I mean is the data extract for audit. This is a package of reportings and can be downloaded in SAP Audit format. I don't know how I can change the format into XML
