Hi Experts,
Recently we have upgraded our CRM landscape from 6.0 to 7.0. After upgrade we found an issue that categorization of few complaints are not displaying when we are opening the document. This occurs at random manner. While debugging we found that BTSubjectAll and BTSubjectSingle entity are initial in ICCMP_BTSHEAD component. We tried to bypass buffer while reading related entities in BTSUBJECTA context node but that didnt helped us.
Please suggest some pointers to resolve this issue.

May I know what do you mean 'This occurs at random manner'? Do you mean, even for a specific complaint, the categorization appears sometime, but not appear in other times?
