u can get report on the basis of sales district using the t-code MCTE.

Hi,

VA05 - list all the orders but city parameter is not there. Guess you need to do some customization to get this with help of abapers.

Or you can develop a report whic lists all the sales orders based on a city instead of disturbing the standard report which has its own complications.
