Hi All,
I'm hoping to get some help as we plan to improve our implementation of PM.
Currently managing Fleet Vehicles in PM, and have several conditions/counters associated. Example: Chassis Condition (Good, Fair, Poor) and Brake Thickness (0 to 2.000 inches).
As part of routine scheduled maintenance, techs are measuring these values and recording them on a paper Work Order. Data is being updated manually on the asset but not in the Work Order.
How can the data be entered once in the Work Order and automatically transferred to the Asset condition?

Hi Jared,
You need to use measuring points / counters to record the reading.
During Work order confirmations via IW41, you have an option of entering measurement documents and save the data.
