No access to HCP cockpit - request is invalid?

Hello,

after I logged on and accepted the terms and conditions, I get this webserver message:

My account  d037255 still exist in SAP Cloud Identity.

Any ideas, what is wrong?

Hi Jens,

access works for me now.

I got the information from support that is a wrong value in identification account.

They will solve it for other affected users as well.

Don't know when this exactly will happen.

I have the same login problem. Meanwhile I created an IT ticket.

I'm getting the same 404 error when I try to log onto the HCP.  I've tried different browsers on different days and still get the same error.  I can log on to the SCN website, but the Hana page gives me an error after I accept the conditions.  Hmmm....

Hi Steven,

The person sitting next to me is getting the same error as you, but i don't.

It must be a server issue for sure.

You don't seem to be logged on (see the Log On button in the top right corner).

It works for me (just tried), so please try again or go directly to https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit

Hello Vlado,

after I open https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit the server redirect me to https://accounts.sap.com/saml2/idp/sso/accounts.sap.com. Then I accept the Terms and Conditions and get the error.

Hmm, have you actually signed up for a developer (trial) account?

What happens when you click on Register?

Then I got the message, that a user with my email address already exist... And I'm also able to see my account data.

hi Jens,

It looks like you already have an account - maybe the "forgot password" will work.

Also you can delete your browser cookies or try the incognito window.

Hi Christoforos,

regarding the "forgot password" option you have to change the Global Domain password - I don't think it could be useful because other authorizations like SCN still work. I already have deleted the browser history with cache and cookies, but it does not help...

Hi Jens,

I think you contact the help desk - they should detect the problem.

Another option I just thought of would be to access via WebIDE. Did you try that ?

Hi Cristoforos, for the WebIDE I have the same problem. Now I tried it with the Eclipse, and here I got the error message that no SAP HANA schemas and databases are associated with my account...

If it's possible to delete my trial account and then create a new one?

I am also trying to download HANA Cloud Tools on a new machine today, but I can an error.

It must be a "not yours" fault but a general one.

Maybe you should take day off today
