I am new to saudi payroll i need to understand the step by step process if any employee going on leave what process step should we follow like if he is a foreign expat his ticket payment his vacation salary etc etc .how we will pay him in advance through offcycle ? should we lock this employee or remain unlocked as his accrual like air ticket ,eos ,medical needs to be post in finance and in last what process steps should we follow once he rejoins after vacation ?
