GRR2 subgroup of a group

Hi,

I am trying to build a sub-element within an elment in a report. I would like to create a elemnt called "cost of hours" which can be expanded in other sub-elements; "Operations", "Develpment" and so on. Anyone kind to assist me with that?

Now I only have a list which is taken from a set of account, but I would like to have the set of accounts catogorized as sub-elements of the main element "Cost of Hours".

thank you

Regards,

S.

Hi Salvatore,

Your requirement can be fulfilled by using SET "GS01"

I'll assume that you want to group you cost elements as following:

***"cost of hours" << level 3

**Operation << level 2

**Development << level 2

* wags 3510102 << leve1

- create a single set "cost of hours", Table CCSS & field KSTAR

then start to list subgroups (level 2) after that enter values of cost elements (level 3)

in your report:

choose cost element and tick on the first check box "set or hierarchy node on/off"

and enter you set name "cost of hours" with exploding option enabled.

Thanks,

Ibrahim

Hi Ibrahim,

I was looking through GRR2, but the structure is actually within the account sets.
