GRC Process Control - Reports Error

Dear experts, hope you are doing fine!

Since we upgraded from GRC 10.0 SP11 to GRC 10.1 SP10 on DEV environment, we are facing some issues regarding reports on GRC PROCESS CONTROL.

Reports "Control Test History with Ratings" and "Evaluation Status Dashboard" are not showing any information even if we test controls again (Manual, Semi-automatic or Automatic) and if i select any other options on reports.

Hope you can help me. Having this issue solved will go with upgrade on Production system.

Any ideas will be appreciated

I found the note 2237618 that I think is related to the problem we are having.

I am not sure how to implement corrections or what do we have to do.
