Hi All,

Scenario:

1.Have an order for 1 litre bottle for 10 pcs, RBA is set up, looks for the stock at the location A and B  , cannot find the stocks, but there is stock for 500ml 20 pcs at location B.

what is the best way that the GATP Switches from package 1 litre - 10 pcs to 500 ml - 20 pcs. Even if interchange the package , does the Qty change in the SO? Any suggestions to achieve this scenario?

Hi Rorie

The best way to use up / switch will be decided by business decision. And it can be controlled using Rule Control which is assigned to the rule for RBA. About the quantity change, you can achieve this by using Interchangeability Group (InC MD) for RBA. You have the option of maintaining the conversion factor there:
